Returns and Refunds

Echo Industrial Source sells custom-configured, made-to-order industrial storage equipment. Because each unit is built or configured to your specification, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered products. Please review your configuration, quantities, and specifications carefully before ordering. We're happy to confirm any details in advance, just email us at hello@echoindustrialsource.com before you place your order.

Order cancellations

Made-to-order items may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production has begun. Email hello@echoindustrialsource.com with your order number to cancel. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. In-stock items cannot be cancelled once ordered. Third-party payment processing fees, if any, may be non-refundable.

Freight damage

All shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. If you see any obvious damage to the packaging or product during offloading, refuse and reject the shipment with the carrier. If you discover concealed damage after delivery, take clear photos and report it to hello@echoindustrialsource.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will manage the freight claim and repair or replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@echoindustrialsource.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right through repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
